It's not an 88% drop in DVC sales to consumers, but an 88% drop in newly-written DVC mortgages that Disney was able to then sell to a bank to get all the cash up-front. Instead, they are having to act as the bank themselves and carry the loan. That's very different than an "88% drop in sales from last year."
