TigerKat I haven't eaten at this particular English establishment but have been to the bar area and it is pretty cool (the chocolate martinis are heavenly). The menu is not vegetarian-friendly (hence why I avoided it). The reputation of his restaurants are pretty good though and I have eaten at Olive's in the Bellagio and his W Union Square digs. Very good food albeit a little pricey. I don't think he is as good as a Bobby Flay or my personal favourite Charlie Palmer but it is still good inventive food. The only real problem with dining at the Swan and Dolphin is that the crowd tends to be a little heavy on the businessman category (it is a Starwood brand so breeds loyalty and has decent conference facilities) so it doesn't have the vibe like most WDW restaurants. The bar can get crowded with people after a "day's work"! D: did you eat at that new Italian place in the Swan? Was it any good? It looks pretty rustic (a little odd considering the color scheme in the Swan!).

I always enjoyed Palios and I think this will be a step up. My only concern is, like all Swan and Dolphin eateries, the expense account padding prices.
