Should I fax a request today, or maybe call them? It's important that we get connecting rooms with the daybeds. I like the Marina tower but I'm not so concerned about that. What does everyone think? Also just to add a little more info, one of the children has epilepsy/autistic tendencies, he's 4 and his 1st Disney visit.

I am no expert, but I would call and request connecting rooms, and ask them to note that your child has a health problem and is why connecting rooms are so important. We have always been able to get connecting rooms when we have asked, but they always say they can't guarantee them. E-mailing vacation planning with your needs might help too. Both my boys have autism, and they love the DLH. My youngest is always very wary of new hotels, but he walked into the DLH like it was home the very first time we took him there. There is such a good vibe at this place. We have always gotten a DTD view room in the Sierra tower. He loves watching the coming and goings of people thru DTD.

    Have a wonderful time!

But if someone has this early check in phone number it would be great if you'd share it.

There is also no "early check in" by phone allowed. Have a great trip!
