Now I'm a suspicious sort and I don't understand how they can do that! So has anyone heard anything, good or bad, about this (or similar) company? Thnaks for any info!

I didn't really check into all the aspects, my daughter found the site, and I read "about the company" there. They seemed to have a lot of good press and customer testimonials. I even asked Cingular about going thru LetsTalk, and, while they didn't support it (of course) they didn't have anything bad to say either. Anyway, my daughter said you just put your SIM card into the new phone and I thought it would be pretty much the same as having Cingular do it for you at their store. But I have a mental block against these tech things!

So I was concerned that just getting the phone in the mail and putting in the old SIM card might not cut it. I just don't really understand all the ins and outs. And DD was willing to shell out $100+ for a phone she could have gotten free on LetsTalk. So we went ahead and switched over to our new plan today, at the Cingular store.
