When I used to live in Yorktown Va (very nice area very little crime)but only 30 minutes away there was newport news (high crime, high death rates, lots of gangs) so its not that surprising to me. Recently in Manassas (little crime, little violence) someone cut a mans throat only because the man threw a snowball at him.
