Of course stay near the fcourt> preferred--We like surf's up but Football is real close and NOT preferred so that is a great option. Best thing about sports out of all the all stars is you get FIRST dibs on the bus which is HUGE! You'll have a ball!!!! I love the football field where all the kids can actually play so bring a football or buy one there

It maybe a little more money, but the rooms are bigger and just work better for us...But for those of you that want to stay on the property and can't quite afford some of the other resorts, then the All Star Resorts will work just fine. We enjoyed them and they are great for kids! ºoº

As for all-star sports, i couldnt tell ya too much. ive only stayed at movies and music and liked it. Everytime we stay at an all stars though, we drive ourselves to the parks because it can get crazy with those buses.

The lobby and common areas lacked appeal, and there was really nothing special to me about this resort, and I'm a big sports fan. We did like getting on and off the buses first, but didn't like having to stop at two other resorts to pick up people. (Once I'm on the bus I want to get straight get to where I'm going!) We preferred Movies to ASSP but are going to try either the AStMusic or POP this Dec.

I stayed in the Hoops section which was a ways from the main building. I enjoyed it though, and appreciated being away from the noise of the pool. Personally I prefer the All Star Music, but that is probably just because it was the first place our family ever stayed on-site. My wife also took me on a surprise 3-day trip to WDW for my birthday once, and we stayed in the Jazz Building at the Music that time. It was a great room with a single king size bed. With just one bed in the room it almost seemed spacious! Needless to say, it was my best birthday ever.
