I've just had many conversations in the last few days with my mama about letting go. Letting go of people that do not want to help themselves and stop worrying about them and trying to fix things for them. I'm kinda done and burnt out. I jokingly said I'm dedicating 2007 to my, myself and my mama. What I'm really trying to say is I'm slowing it down this year. I plan to travel more to see and be with people I love and enjoy vs. spending a lot of my time in negative situations playing rescurer. I also want to devote more time to my godkids. I let that slip a bit last year.

Hey I didn't even introduce myself here in community, I just joined in with a little here and there. I am getting better here though, I've even posted a few topics-small steps. My relationship goals with regard to my family is to just enjoy the moments and the small things more.

There are a few I need to work on... mainly with my dad... a couple of old friends also need more of my attention. My relationship with hubby, his family, my mom are wonderful. I wouldn't change anything there. The most important things for me are to continue to work on my relationship with God (I'm doing splendidly so far) and my relationship with myself. I want to love myself more and doubt myself a lot less.

LOL). I'm also going to continue to work on being the best wife I possibly can to my husband, no matter how much he arrgavates me sometimes.
