    Sounds like fun. I have actually seen the theater a number of times. We've just never been compelled to check it out. I like Whoopi Goldberg too. It just seemed there was always something else we wanted to do instead. "Golden Screams" though, sounds like a must see. Maybe I'll even give Golden Dreams a chance next time too.

    Do not waste any times actually seeing Golden Screams. Hang out outside and visit with the villains. They are infinitely more entertainly than whatever they are trying to accomplish inside the theatre. I've seen better acting and production values in a homecoming game pep rally than this clunker of a show.

    Yeah, it was amusing, but has zero repeatability. And the projector was out of focus!

    We saw it on Saturday. Did not notice Whoopi in it. It had a guy "emceeing"(sp?)a sort of scream award ceremony. The audience got to scream for their favorite villain after seeing bits of the villains movie moments. But a audience member wins instead. Cute enough for one time.

    We attended Golden Screams yesterday afternoon. My kids screamed as we entered the line, and we had a good laugh. My daughter is very quiet and I couldn't believe how loud she was. We watched the show and enjoyed it. At the end of the show the MC called my daughters name! She won!!!!!

    It was an amazing experience and her Scream Award is very cool. It's an experience that we will never forget.

    This is a late posting but something to keep in mind for next year. As we were checking out of the Grand we noticed a sign that resort guests were invited to trick or treat on Halloween. The CM didn't have much info but I guess they were trying to do something for the kids. I'm curious to know what it was and how they controlled it to "resort" guests.

    We missed Golden Screams this year and were kind of sad. We saw it last year and thought is was cute for a once a year thing. Very cool that your DD won Scar!

    We Trick or Treated at the resort hotels. We were told to carry our room charge slip to prove we were guests. We were never asked to show it, and the kids collected lots of candy. They also received face cream at the Spa. : )
