I think you can train your taste buds to accept other flavorings, herbs and spices in place of sodium. It could be a fun process to discover new flavors. Of course, it would be sad to say good-bye to salt. Not to mention, it is learning process to find out where salt is hidden in foods, esp. soy sauce etc.
