I thought that when then Palm and Fountain Terrace Hotels opened, the airport limousine bus split the Shin-Urayasu and TDR hotels into two different routes, with the P&FT being added to the Shin-Urayasu route.

Originally Posted By Mr X All true, but the original poster also mentioned some psychical disability issues...which would make such a journey pretty rough unfortunately (lots of standing/walking, not the greatest facilities for elevators and such in some locations etc...). SuperDry's advice about shuttle bus then taxi seems best to me under the circumstances.
