Can you get up about four steps? The limousine bus is only $24 and is very efficient.

Are you sure this has happened recently? I thought that when then Palm and Fountain Terrace Hotels opened, the airport limousine bus split the Shin-Urayasu and TDR hotels into two different routes, with the P&FT being added to the Shin-Urayasu route.
