<p>Possible spoiler alert for those watching Top Chef...In the March 2nd episode of Top Chef "Give Me Your Huddled Masses" the "cheftestants" were challenged to create a dish representing their ethnic heritage.</p>
<p>During the judging panel Chef Richard Blais was explaining the complicated nature of his dish -- "When you're mutt almost,..there's so many things to try and connect, it's kinda tough, you don't want to be Epcot Center."&nbsp;</p>
