Break down’s on Monster’s INC

    I have been to the DCA many times over the past few months and I have been in line many times and suddenly the ride shuts down and you have to wait 1/2 hour for them to reset everything.

    Does the ride really break down that often? Or are people dropping things onto the track causing it to shut down? Does anyone know what is going on?

    Well I went on Monsters Inc. 2-weeks ago and their was no sound coming from anywhere in the ride except for the sounds of the mormal ride mechanics moving about. It was really weird, it showed me how important good sound/music is to a ride.

    The very first time I took my boys on MI, the T.V. in the car didn't work. It made the ride a little confusing, but when we got off we told the CM and he directed us straight to the front of the line to ride it again, and they put that car out of commission without slowing down the process at all. Really a positive experience. And the boys loved going on the ride 2 times in a row.

    Does Monsters use the same ride vehicles as Superstar Limo did? I seem to recall Superstar having similar situations.
