Do you think they could entice any gov'ts to foot the bill? Even if they had "temporary" pavilions, (a bit more elaborate then the Wine & Flower), say built 3 5000 sq. ft. structures, and rotate countries in and out. Maybe this would be a good interim bridge until new pavilions could be built.

Yes .. the architecture is timeless .. but the offerings are only as interesting for so long. Disney can only shy away from needed enhancements/additions for so long .. then it's going to be time to get with it!
