Still, I visited Typhoid Lagoon in early december a few years back and the water was indeed COLD. My visiting family members requested a refund on tickets.. but Guest Relations gave them new open date tickets to return at a later day after the winter season.

During the winter months Florida weather is very unpredictable. I've been at WDW in January (usually colder than December) when it was in the 30's. I've also been there in January when the high every day for the week we were there was in the mid 80's. As MPierce said, go prepared for anything and do what the weather allows. Have fun!
