    except for the VHS tape. I believe Wall-E's 700-year-old videotape machine that still worked was a Betamax.

    I wish I knew where he got parts for it.

    A friend of mine didn't like the film and in her description never mentioned the people. It made sense - she is very sensitive to Hollywood's portrayal of overweight people and finds something wrong with every film that has them at their core.

    I did like that they continued the story as the credits started rolling showing the people working, cleaning, growing things, etc. But, not too many people stay for the credits anymore (even yesterday evening - most bolted at the conclusion of the film).

    What I found interesting/funny for me was that when I realized they were coming to the climax of the film - easy to spot with the tension and action - I found myself feeling disappointed - that this great film would soon be ending.
