    Yes you can at anytime. But that does not extend your pass out any from the date you upgrade. The expriration date stays the same from when you buy the deluxe. Hope this helps

    I have the Deluxe pass and it works for me. We can still go half the Saturdays during the year and yes a lot of holidays are blocked but I don't care to go on the holidays.
