If you look at the four rides as a rider per hour capacity, highest to lowest would be...

    1. Great Movie Ride
    2. Haunted Mansion
    3. Spaceship Earth
    4. Tower of Terror

Thus, the Great Movie Ride can move more people throught the ride per hour then Spaceship Earth.

Next the order of attendance of the parks involved...

    1. Magic Kingdom
    2. Epcot
    3. MGM Studios

    Third, the psychological factor...

    1. Haunted Mansion is considered a classic ride and a must see so it would attract a lot of people in a park with a large attendance to begin with.
    2. Spaceship Earth. It's in the big golf ball. People mindlessly gravitate to this thing.
    3. Great Movie Ride. While it has the highest rider capacity, it is in a park which does not receive as high a visitor volume.
    4. ToT. The ride has the lowest rider capacity of the three, plus the visual intimidation of the ride causes many people to not ride. Plus it has a hight requirement, restricting the younger set from riding.

Now this is a completely educated guess and may be completely wrong, so use with caution, but I would say with the combination of high capacity, plus park volume, plus large target audience that the Haunted Mansion would be the most highly attended of the four.
