Just wondering if anyone has signed up for Sunshine Rewards.
I noticed it at the bottom of the LP Daily Disney News Email I received today.

    Here is how it reads:

Do you like to shop online or surf the web? Do you love Disney as much as we do?

If so, join Sunshine Rewards today for free and start earning Disney Dollars and Disney Gift Cards. Disney fans are our specialty, and we will give you $2 just for signing up!

Unlike other rewards programs, Disney is our priority. We feature Disney contests as well as special Disney cash out incentives each month. We offer cash back on Disney Shopping and other merchants that feature Disney merchandise.

Join the other Disney fans who are earning money for their trips from Sunshine Rewards!

I went to sign up and noticed that they ask for your Paypal information and password. It just sounds like a phishing scam to get your Paypal info.
If they pay you with Disney Dollars, why do they need your Paypal info?

    Are they legit?

I figured they might be secure if they are a sponsor for LP.

The only password you need is the one you choose to register with them and to login to your account. They offer you free stuff, shopping, and contest opportunities. I'm getting a free coffee sample. I wasn't interested in the other free stuff at this time. You can sign up for blockbuster.com and get a $25 disney rewards card. I already have blockbuster.com so I wasn't eligible.

    Thanks for clarifying.
    How does it work?
As you make purchases on certain websites you earn Disney Dollars?
How long does it take or how much do you have to spend to qualify?

You earn money and gift certificates by taking surveys, referring others, shopping, playing games and some other ways too. You can cash out through PayPal after you've earned $20. I'm not sure about the Disney part of it other than the $25.00 gift card through Blockbuster. There is a Disney shopping category and maybe that's how you earn the Disney Dollars. I'm just trying it out for now to see how it works. It seems harmless. It may turn out to be more trouble than it's worth.
