When we were last visiting DCA in September of this year, we noticed that there were no waves in the lagoon near CA Screamin'. We were wondering if the wave making machine was just broken at the time or if there is some other reason there are no longer any waves in the lagoon. Back when there WERE waves around California Screamin', it added a nice bit of activity and excitement that DCA really needs to keep going.

ORGOCH: Guess that's another way a sayin' sometime's it's okay ta go ahead 'n make waves!
