I don't even know where you catch the trams at or anything, I have a guess though, is it in Downtown Disney?

Also, when you're walking in the pedestrian entrance from Harbor Blvd, on the right is that where buses and shuttles drop off and pick up guests?

That's where the trams for the Timon Lot (the area that's currently under construction for Carsland) used to stop, and supposedly the trams to the Simba Lot (behind the Paradise Pier Hotel) will eventually run.

The tram for the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure stops in DTD, directly across from the World of Disney.

On weekends you are able to buy park tickets via credit card prior to boarding the tram which can really help relieve the congestion at the park ticket booths. (This lot has given many jobs to out of work MTA bus drivers so I'm all for that)
