Can anyone tell me if it does have a counter service or is getting ressies our only option.

Also how do you like the "new" Tusker house? compared to the "old"? We always stopped there before (I loved the fried chicken sandwich!!)

    thanks for you help!

We ate there on Dec 19th. There were 4 adults and we ordered Sweet& Sour Pork which comes with steamed rice, Honey Crispy Chicken which comes with steamed rice, and Shrimp Lo Mein (comes with noodles). There was also Kung Pow Beef, I think. We also got a side order of Chicken Fried Rice. The entrees were $8-$12, the fried rice side was $3.95.

Our favorite was the chicken fried rice! It would be a filling meal to just order one of those and then you could eat as you walked or something. The rest was okay, but not particularly memorable. I liked the lo mein noodles. They were the only thing that seemed to have flavor. The pork and chicken seemed to be on the bland side.

All the food is served in chinese takeout boxes. Unfortunately, they didn't have plates. So since we were sharing, it made things a bit difficult. We ended up rotating the boxes around the table, each taking a couple bites, until we were full.

Tusker House was really surprisingly good. It's a buffet now for lunch. The variety and quality of food was excellent.

My DW had the "Crispy Chicken" and it was tasteless, hard and dry! Never again!!!!
