I will get the picture this weekend. >> I find the whole Toad tombstone to be despicable << Well of course you do. I would have been surprised otherwise. I myself consider it to be pretty biting "graveside" humor.

Sad.< While I think the message is true ( just look at that stupid playground) - some of the 'humor' lately ( if it doesn't fart or smell , it isn;t humor it seems)- is like they had a hiring spree from Mad Magazine

I would guess that this tombstone is probably an actual figure from the attraction, refurbished to look like weathered brass. >> but no plaque as far as I can tell. << I will more closely to see if there is a plaque. I'm betting not. That would have had to be a new work, as opposed to the existing Toad figure just being refurbished for the tombstone. The tombstone inscription in Post #1 is from the bulletin board in the HM breakroom.

But that just makes them that much cooler when you do discover them someday in the future. You get this "Has this always been here?" rush. They're on the way out of the mansion when most people are still busy talking with each other about what they saw inside. And then they're tucked away up the hill, behind a lot of (purposely) overgrown foliage.
