CM and Disney Mgmt Park Encounters "COMMENDATION!"

    One was CM "Terry" who was escorting a cameraman near the Pirates facade last week. He took the time to answer some questions about the attraction and give directions.

    The other was "Eric" in MGM , probably in management, who stopped to ask us how we were enjoying the parks? Not really 'we' but one of our seven year old companions, none-the-less. For someone to do that, especially with a child means alot to me and us Disneyphiles. He broke off his walk with other co-workers to specifically talk to a little boy. This also occurred last week.

    As a person who's occupation is in customer service, I can see that these people "Get It" when it comes to being pro-active towards your patrons.

    Ditto. My daughter tells me that something in print is much more powerful then the spoken word that may or may not be passed along. I suspect that these are people that behave this way in all aspects of their daily activities. How fortunate for all of us they work at WDW.
