The other was "Eric" in MGM , probably in management, who stopped to ask us how we were enjoying the parks? Not really 'we' but one of our seven year old companions, none-the-less. For someone to do that, especially with a child means alot to me and us Disneyphiles. He broke off his walk with other co-workers to specifically talk to a little boy. This also occurred last week. As a person who's occupation is in customer service, I can see that these people "Get It" when it comes to being pro-active towards your patrons.
