We would go to Hot Springs for the convention every year - had such a great time! (Everyone thought I would end up working for Disney, but, instead ended up working for 8 different newspapers - working in advertising and production, but never was the cartoonist for any of them!)

    worst one............being bullied, mainly because I was too soft to retaliate, and eveyone knew it, a group of girls used to call me make-up factory (best name I got.lol) and say I could work on the make up counter at Boots the Chemist....I DID WHEN I WAS 18, thanks for the career advice girls!

    Poor Bloona :( Fortunately, my bullying ended after primary school so high school was all pretty fun for me. My friends and I used to sit down under the art department and bring a blanket along to snuggle under in winter. I did love it on our last day of year 12 when the art teacher came along and told us how she'd miss us and our blanket! Lots of fun memories from high school really. Worst memory ... I was sick for a couple of years and that was no fun!
