If you mean that they'll only do it once per validity period of the pass (that is, once per year), then yes, that's my understanding.

<<< and is it like a blockout day pass were when at the turnstile and its scand, does your pix shows up? becuase if it doesnt, than how else do they know youre not getting it and giving it to someone else with... >>>

I don't know directly, but I don't really see the risk here. After all, you have to be present and present photo ID to get the oops pass, and it's valid only for that day. I'm almost certain that the turnstiles would not permit both the oops pass and the actual AP to be used on the same day. So unless an APer planned to go to the park, get an oops pass, then give/sell it to someone else but not enter the park themselves, there's not much room for fraud here. At least that's what I think you're getting at.

Anyway, another interesting thing I discovered about the oops pass is that the opinion poll takers don't really know what they are. That is, they don't recognize them as AP admissions, so they're very interested in collecting your opinions even when they are passing up people with regular AP media. When I used an oops pass, it was the only time anyone had ever been interested in my opinion.

i mean that if you get the pass, then give/sell it to someone, they use it, then you use your AP, what would happen as to the person and the system of turnstileminoligy(XD)

The oops pass as explained to me would be like the block out day pass - it would have your name and flash your picture.

The two bar codes would be connected I am sure and one would distinguish it being a temporary pass and one the actual pass. It you tried to use it on the same day the system might block one of them. Just my thought.
