Last August I bought the cheap So. Cal. select pass for $124 that is now $129. I'm thinking of going next month during Memorial Day weekend and my pass is blocked out. The next higher pass which is $169 is blocked out on the Sunday but not Memorial Day Monday. Can I pay $40 on Sunday (the one day blockout price) and then later that day pay only $5 more ($169 pass - $124 paid last August - $40 blockout day admission) to upgrade my pass to the next level and allow me in on Monday Memorial Day?

Thank you for and answer please!

If you were upgrading to, say, the Premium AP and only decided that once you were inside the Park with a block-out day pass then you'd be able to apply it towards an upgrade to the Premium. Otherwise, you'd still be paying the full $40.00 to go in on a block-out day and an additional full upgrade to the next level of AP. Your AP would still expire on the same date regardless of whether or not you upgraded it.
