The characters have a bit more squash and stretch than before -- which is okay, I suppose. I also like that Christopher Robin is British again. But Owl's voice is completely different than before. Seems odd. At 1:40 -- do the bees come out of pooh's behind? Looks very strange. Maybe they could have used 'Dreamweaver' for the background song -- after all, they already have the rights secured from 'Toy Story 3.'

That's what I remember. And when they go to the trouble of doing impersonations of Sterling Holloway and Paul Winchell, I wonder why not Owl?

There isn't any music currently available for the movie and I guess they wanted to distant themselves from the original tunes and score. I really liked the trailer (music aside as I'm no Keane fan) - and I've grown to detest that fat useless hunny-stealing bear. However if the movie retains the original AA Milne sensibility then I'm sold - the books are the best kids' books (for adults!) ever written - truly wonderful. I will say that the lines all looked very clean to me - which looked a little jarring against the watercolor backgrounds. I had expected to see the imperfections that existed with the first stories.
