I told PB that this day would be the day that I try a lot of food firsts.

We started the day at Restaurant Marrakesh. I had never had Morocan food before, so this was an adventure for me. I had the Sultan Sampler - which included a grilled brochette of beef served with a beef brewat roll and chicken bastilla served with vegetable couscous. PB had the lamb, and Mr.PB was excited that he could order a meal that included Bakliva, so he got the daily special which included a little bit of everything. I didn't care too much for couscous, I don't think I'll be eating that again, but the chicken bastilla was unbelievably good! I could have ate that all day long.

While we were eating, we were entertained by two musicians playing Morocan music. It was very beautiful. And then the belly dancer came out...she was very pretty and very talented. She had some of the kids come up and learned to swivel, too. This was a great experience that I've never had before.

We explored some of the countries to allow MrPB to get his "passport" stamped. We rode the ride in Mexico and saw the movies in France, China and Canada. We did most of our shopping in China and Morocco, although all of the countries had items of interest.

Throughout all of the resorts and parks, all Xmas ornaments were 50% off. In Germany, they had the little handblown, handpainted birds that clip into your tree. My grandparents had these out every Christmas, and seeing them brought back a lot of memories. I bought quite a few of these little birds.

After shopping, shopping, shopping it was time for Le Cellier. This was probably the best dining experience we have ever had at WDW. Our waiter was awesome...friendly, cracking jokes, and making sure everyone was comfortable. We made quick friends with the family sitting next to us, as we all had ordered the Cheese soup as an appetizer and we all couldn't rave enough about it. Our waiter noticed us fussing over the soup, and came back to our tables with the recipe for the soup! We thought that was awesome.

I came in thinking that I would just order the NY stripsteak, until PB reminded me that this was supposed to be my day of firsts. So I ordered the Kansas City Steak, which had a coffee / garlic rub on it served with cream cheese potatos. Never had either one of these before, and it was really good!

One of our new friends at the table next to us was allergic to garlic, so our waiter had the chef make her a special steak that didn't have a rub on it, and that was grilled on a seperate grill with no spices. Well, he ended up bringing out the wrong steak and she had taken a couple of bites of it. When he realized what he had done, he ran over to her table and stole her steak midbite and explained what had happened. Then he notified his manager in case the woman started having a reaction. The woman was laughing so hard because her allergies to garlic had to do with her digestion, but the waiter thought she was going to die or something. They comped her meal, and she assured them that she wasn't going to die or sue. LOL!!

MrPB ordered a chocolate mousse for dessert, and when they brought it to our table, it was actually in the shape of a moose! It had a tongue and chocolate antlers and everything. Then they brought out PB's smores dessert with a candle lit in it and Happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate. Our whole side of the restaurant sang happy birthday to her...it was really loud and fun and cool! Then, the people at the table next to us were laughing so hard because our waiter had brought the allergic woman a dessert with "no garlic" written in chocolate on the plate. We all took pictures of each other's desserts because we couldn't stop laughing. It was a great time! Our new friends were worried that they would be late for Illuminations because of the steak mix-up, so as an apology, our waiter brought them a bunch of breadsticks wrapped in tinfoil that resembled a purse. He called it our Gucci bag o' bread. We were a little envious, but he produced one for us with this other hand and told us that he didn't want us to feel left out since we were all getting along so well.

After dinner we staked a spot for Illuminations. I didn't really like the show the last time I saw it, and I didn't really care for it this time, either. I'm sure many folks will disagree with me, but that's ok. To each his own.

We then went to America to see their show they have. There are animatronic patriotic characters as we are told a story of America. I thought it was a little long, but it was getting late and that might be why.

We ended up doing a little more shopping and then we left back to our hotel. We were sad, because we knew it would be a while before we saw Epcot again.

Le Cellier is indeed awesome. The only better meals I have ever had at WDW are at the California Grill and Victoria and Albert's. It's very special. But OMG, how can you guys fit 2 WDW table service meals in one day? WOW.

And I am surprised you do not like Illuminations (worries me now whether you will like DLP). To me it is equal to Remember Dreams Come True for my fav pyro shows ever.

And again the American Adventure is my favorite attraction in all of WDW. Oh dear, getting very nervous now. Will Haunts like DLP?

I love the show because I got engaged to it, but if I'm not sitting or leaning during the globe thing, I can totally see how people can get bored.

AND YAY!! She tried different food! (we're both picky eaters, see.)
