A couple years ago we went to Steakhouse 55 and the vegetarian in our group (I know, a vegetarian going to a steakhouse!) asked if there were any vegetarian dishes. The chef came to our table to ask what our vegi liked, then made something special that was not on the menu (a great pasta dish).

Up until about 2 years ago, it could be really difficult to find good meatless options beyond some pasta and salads. I love that DL is offering so many more veggie options, and that even a lot of their meat options are updated and made with better ingredients. Now I just hope that WDW follows soon!
