That happens way more often than I'd like it to. Whenever I smell chlorine water, I think of POTC, though never to that degree of concentration. And whenever I smell parsley, I think of the Matterhorn. (Don't ask me why, I can't begin to explain.) Technically, there are a lot of smells that make me think of D-land, but these are the ones that really stick out.

I don't think I breathe any deeper but it takes me back every time I go through the tunnel. And yes, the memories flood through, bringing me back to when, many years ago, I first brought my son to Disneyland. The other smell that I wish was still there was on Main Street, the Sunkist Orange Juice Shop. On a hot day, walking into the air conditioned shop and getting a cold glass of oj, pure heaven.

Upon her arrival, I gave her a big hug and said, "Ooh, you smell great - like the water in 'Pirates of the Caribbean'". Which, after the laughter subsided, she said she took as high praise.

For awhile it was the smell of roasting coffee for La Brea Bakery near the entrance of DCA, but I think they have done something to try and minimize that. WDW is easy... "The Smell of Orlando", their totally disgusting water. From the time you first enter a restroom at MCO, that God-awful smell sears it's way into your brain and never leaves until you are on your way back home. You can't even use the tap water in the Disney hotels to make coffee... we use bottled water for everything.

I grew up in a railroad town, and had plenty of time around trains. When I first went to Disneyland the smell of the railroad tunnels reminded me of home. When Star Tours first opened it reminded me of the smell of a new car.
