    $450 standard
    $505 view
    $750 concierge

The charge it because people are willing to pay that - if people said no we are not going to pay that - then maybe they would be force to bring the rates to a more reasonable price

The worse part is I stayed at the Hilton on N.State St and it was so much more luxurious than DLH (all rooms are suites - check the site - gorgeous) the rates for that time start at $127 - thats a 2 rooms (living room sleeper sofa) with a wet bar, mircowave, fridge, king size bed, huge bathroom

A lot of wannabees who will charge the whole thing on their credit card, and who will eventually roll that balance into a home equitly line of credit. Oh, and a few people who can actually afford to stay there.

Sadly, those that have not had the chance to stay at REALLY nice hotels, do not know what they are missing for the same price.

AP rates are high because it's only the 10% discount. It's Spring Break! Enough people are willing to pay the premium prices, so they will probably sell out.

The Hilton property mentioned above was recently rennovated - It's the Hilton Suites. Pretty much the same as an Embassy Suites room-wise.

Needless to say, less expensive hotels are far more frequent!

Oh, no Rockefellers. Walt hated Jews.

For $400 a night, just go to Cancun for Spring Break
