Is it the same there in the USA? or is it easier to swap over plans?

Talking to quite a few of my friends who have been over to Orlando recently, they also say, they'd never book in hurricane season now after this year.

Yes, this was an unheard of hurricane season (that doesn't end until 11/30, btw), but the weather in these months is still usually quite miserable.

Things start getting better when the calendar turns to October ...

But if you don't bok during the entire hurricane season, you're limiting yourself to being able to visit only six months out of the year.

This year's hurricane season has been ridiculously active and isn't a fair indicator of how the season usually runs. I'm not a meterologist, but I doubt very seriously that we'll see a season this active again anytime soon.

Personally, I don't go to WDW during July, August and September because its too freaking hot! :)

( fingers crossed that it wont still )

so, because it doesnt really matter to us when we book, I will avoid the season from now on, one thing....I am now a hurricane web site nerd! never knew so much about them until these last few weeks!
