You can get a MC at CO, and you can make the advance dining arrangements. For me, personally, this is probably where I will have my birthday lunch/dinner. We did Blue Bayou last year and it wasn't as fun as I thought it was going to be. Pretty much any sit-down (not counter service) restaurant will do the PS arrangements.

When the server brought the tab it came in a black padded folder with the Disney Parks logo. We asked him (half kiddingly) how we could obtain one of them and he gave it to us! Said they had tons! The cake had a cookie completely made of sugar on it. Make sure to get your birthday pin at Town Hall. All day long the Cast Members wished me a happy 21st!! aren't they nice!!

We were down there for a week and went there three times and for four people with drinks an appetizer and meal it was about $55.00 with tip. I loved everything about it. If you are going with kids they will enjoy upstairs which has tones of sports games. Unfortunately you cant make reservations with Disney, or if you call ESPN Zone, but my secret is if you go online to ESPN Zone you can make reservations three days in advantages only online and if you get a free MVP card which you probably would want to do now you get extra perks and savings. Also because it is your birthday if you get the pin which you can also get at the plaza in Disneyland people all around the park notice including on the rides we saw several people being jumped to the front of the lines because it was there birthday and at the blue bayou someone got a free Dessert Boat which are the best. Whatever you do have a great Birthday !

But how can you NOT like the moonlit atmosphere of the Blue Bayou? That's what the restaurant is all about!
