I was advised that as vendors change their products, ingredients change. You can call ahead of time and talk with Chef Chris (I got his number by calling guest services at the resort). He was most helpful in explaining what was available. There are options available throughout the parks- Kinnikinnick buns for hamburgers at various locations, turkey legs, GF pasta at Redd Rockets Pizza Port, etc. My only advice to you would be to dine at off-peak times to ensure that your order is handled with attention and in a fairly speedy manner. Also, ask for the lead or the manager at each location- in our experience, they were the ONLY cast members familiar with GF dining needs. Good luck!
