If there are kids, boys/girls? What "Disney" thing do the kids relate to? If adults, do they enjoy a break for a glass of adult beverage, etc. Usually from here I can help structure a good day. I recently helped a friend take her family for the first time. I only learned the day before their visit that the grandmother in the party had knee surgery six months ago and suggested they go to City Hall for handicap assistance. (They had asked me if I knew of benches in an area with lots of shade that was centrally located. Only asking why they needed this led me to give them a better way to go.) I now ask this question closer to the planning stages.
