Professional Disney experts, of course, not professional drinkers.

We tried doing this one year with friends, me & another doing desserts and my husband and another friend doing the beer. We didn't get all the way through because of a food poisening incident our friends had from a couple nights before.. We skipped the American Pavillion because all they serve is what.. budweiser at the time.. and I don't eat there anyway.. (hotdogs and hamburgers and funnel cakes) and we did the Kirin but technically that is bottled and distributed from an american bottler.. which technically I guess most their beers are like that except for the Guinness on draft at the Rose & Crown Pub.. we didn't have desserts here at the Pub because my desserts around the world partner was full on ill by then, so she had some rice at Yakatori and that was it. The thing is the guys shared beers for the most part so they could try and complete the tour without getting wasted (except the guinness o' course!) and since my desserts partner wasn't feeling good we only ate like a couple places.. crepes in France (where they serve Belgian beer!!!) and maybe the BeaverTails. =)

My biggest advice is to try and look as sober as you can by the end of it because Disney is very strict about serving more alcohol to people you seem intoxicated. My friends basically had to beg the CM in Canada to serve them their last drink in Canada so they could finish.
