Even if you take it out of that little waiting area and are still in DL, it loses something. If you take it out of DL entirely... well, you might as well just plop a hot dog in boiling water at home and expect it to be as good as at the ballpark.

It was pretty good, but as someone who oversees catering at events I couldn't help but wonder what the ingredients were. I decided I didn't want to know because I'd probably be horrified if I did.

I've had a reasonable facsimile at a local yogurt shop and while tasty, it just wasn't *quite* the same. I think the sights and sounds and smells of the Tiki Room garden is the missing ingredient.

Not crazy about the locust part, but that's probably for protein. Maltodextrin: Sounds malty. Citric Acid: From citrus. Prevents scurvy. Natural & Artificial Flavor (contains Pineapple Juice), Modified Food Starch, Malic Acid, Artificial Color (Yellow 5 & 6): Some natural stuff, and the root word of artificial is "art." Mono & Diglycerides: Is the Monorail bad? No. So how could Monoglycerides be? It even sounds like a ride! Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking). It's ANTI-cake! Like many health food fans, it is anti-cake. So there. 100% healthy.
