    Do they have to close the Teacups and Carousel? They are covered, but have no walls. I could see why they would want them closed because of wind, but I don't see how sitting in a teacup is any more dangerous than walking through Fantasyland looking at the closed teacups.

    The only saftey concern Disney has is the high wind speed. That is what Signal 3 warning is all about. Don't worry too much, Typhoons don't occur here in Hong Kong every day. If the typhoon hits here one day its gone the next. Hong Kong hasn't been hit with typhoon strenght winds for the last 2 years.
