Do they offer AP rates for that time of year? When do I start to call to get those rates? I just called the hotel and they told me they don't know when to call and that last year they didn't give any AP rates past Sept. Can anyone help?

If they say that they don't have the rate yet go ahead and make the reservation anyway for the best available rate. That way you nail down the room. Call them back around Sept and ask for the PAP rate and if it is cheaper than what you reserved, ask them to apply it to your reservation and give them your confirmation number. You may have to call a few times. Good luck.
