I was there last week on the first day of the single rider line- 4th in line!! Rode it multiple times during the day. Never waiting beyond 10-12 minutes! Best tip I got was to avoid the first couple of hours after DCA opening when the lines are the longest!

BUT, I think its an attraction that you will only wait around 30 mins to do in the end AND I have a feeling it will fall to the same wait times as Buzz does now once the 'buzz' for it falls after the summer (sorry lol). Even my mother commented a year from now this ride will probably be a walk on like Monsters. I don't think THAT bad at all, but certainly no 60 min waits when the newness falls off (and for the record she LOVES it, part of the reason I got on it so many times lol). It's fun, original and entertaining, but at the end of the day you are just shooting animated LCD targets for 3 mins. There is no story, nothing to tie any of it together. I enjoyed every time I rode it, but the excitement dimishished a little the more I rode it. Of course you can say that about ANY attraction, but I been riding Splash Mountain for 15 years and I still get just as excited riding it as I did when it first opened. Hell, I was on Space Mountain at HKDL about 2 weeks ago about 3 times straight (5 mins always in Hong Kong lol) and still wanted to ride it at DL for some reason and I been going on that since I was 8 years old. Just not sure if I would feel the same about this attraction after a few summers. With all that said though, definitely liked it and will ride it again when the wait times aren't too bad .

I just KNEW it was going to be busy with it being summer, Saturday and a new attraction, I thought it would be slammed and both times we didn't even get there until the afternoon. But, no, it was very, very reasonable. Almost too reasonable. Nothing in the parks on both Saturdays were over an hour except Nemo, Splash, TSMM obviously and Indy occasionally, but everything was averaged about 30-45 mins. It was so strange to me, I even commented on the similar thread like this one (BEFORE it fell into the Disney Geek fest of what 'Toy Story _______' is really named . Anyway, maybe its just the beginning of the summer, but I was there last summer for 3 days and DL was pretty crazy with Nemo opening about a month ago and it being July. I guess it will pick up but I wasn't complaining .

Pirates was a walk-on. Did Toy Story Mania! twice, about a 20 minute wait, some of the main queue area was not being used (part of the indoor queue, due to the heat issues), but also some of the outer queue, which I was glad to see, as that was the area that folks tried to jump into the queue without waiting....

I bet APers are going less often due to gas prices too.

(highs about 85)<< I was at DL over the July 4th weekend and found Friday to be warm, but manageable, Saturday was hot and humid, which made it uncomfortable, so we did a lot of indoor attractions... But it did cool down quite nicely around 6-7 at night... And Sunday was very nice, around the mid 80's... Of course, maybe it felt nice since yesterday it was 104 here where I live... LOL!

If there were a steep increase I think there'd be a big backlash, especially considering the economy right now. I'm not sure lowering attendance is a good idea (Disney certainly doesn't seem to think so). Lowered attendance would definitely mean staff cuts. Sure, everyone wants low crowds and high staffing and maintenance with long hours, but how likely is that to happen? Thanks Icey - mid-80s to me is great for summer, and I don't think that would keep anyone away from DL.
