Of the two, BWPPI is a little nicer, but both were clean and comfortable with a small free breakfast offering. The Carousel Inn and Suites is also quite good, but they've been a bit pricier lately. One caveat with all three of these properties. . . if the noise of other guests yelling and tromping by your room disturbs you (as it does my family), ask for a room on the top floor as near the back of the property as possible to decrease the foot traffic going by your door.
