    It's a complete side note, but I didn't realize that they started making the "How To" Goofys because they didn't have a voice for him. What a clever solution, that led to some of his most iconic roles!

    It's also interesting to see how much things have changed since Walt's time. It sounds like Lasseter is much more interested in groupthink and focus groups, rather than an individual vision. It's also interesting that they appeared to be pretty upfront about swapping out directors midway through a feature, as has happened recently with mixed success
