Mark my words, there will be a sequence where Elliot has to nose dive through the air, dodging smoldering objects, blowing stuff up with his fire, all to catch Pete a split second before he hits the ground. Pete will be an outcast nerd attracted to a girl in his school, and she will like him back by the end. Paul will be an Afghan veteran (we all know this'll be told in modern day because...a dragon in Chicago!?! What! The trailer will feature current tunes and be drowning in hipness. See, now you don't need to bother with the movie.

I cannot wait for the trailer, because footage of that moment will surely be in it! They'll have to escort me from the theater once I stand up laughing and screaming and pointing at the screen "ECDC was right!!!! Aaaaahahahahah!!! Nailed it!!!! ECDC WAS RIGHT!!!!!!"

I'm afraid a remake won't be done as well in this horrible, jaded world.
