We really want to see WOC in August, but we also want to see the fireworks. We figure WOC will stay around like Fantasmic!, but isn't the fireworks show just for the summer?

Will they be doing WOC and fireworks in December, weather permitting, of courrse? Will it be just weekends in December (since we won't be there at winter break)? We're only going to be there 1 weekend and that will be a little busy with the rehearsal dinner and the wedding - oh, sorry folks, gotta leave for WOC - lol.

It's been so long since I've gotten to go to DL off-season I have no idea how things work. Come to think of it, will Fantasmic! be going on in December, too? Weekends only?

I know Disney won't put its schedule out and everything can change, but I'm just looking for what they have usually done and we will have to make our decisions on that basis. Thanks.

If the fireworks end with the summer, are they worth it to delay our seeing WOC? (I'd pass up the fireworks, but DH and soon to be DD both love 'em.)

I think everything runs every day in December. I don't know what Disney's plans are for the 3rd show of WoC. 8/28 is kinda "post-summer." Deluxe APs unblock that day. So, there may or may not be a third show... I'd hold your res for now til there's a better feel for that.

Yeah, I got my son and his fiancee the AP's as they've gone down a couple of times for wedding planning, and we're all going that weekend because of the unblocking - I suppose a lot of other people will, too, though hopefully not too many since it's so late in the summer.

I misspoke about Fantasmic! (our "vacation" doesn't start till Monday, so the only thing we could see on the weekend would be the fireworks from outside the park). Thanks again.
