We were used to having our APs so a quick juant would pose no problems. Now, we will be in the area, but no APs, but would like a litlle Disney Magic. I don't know if I want to pay single ticket prices. We were so spoiled. We might just hang out around the Boardwalk or DTD, but with no PI, it won't be as much fun.
    What would you do?

Anyway that would probably be impossible, but It would pretty much be my perfect single day.

Well my first thought is what kind of profoundly sick, twisted mind could come up with such an excruciatingly painful, frustrating hypothetical? LOL!!

Anyway I'd get my ass up and out of bed early at the Beach Club and **drive** over to Grand Floridian for some screaming kid fun at 1900 Park Fare--- nothing like waking up from a peaceful nights sleep and heading straight for the lion's den. And yes, I'd have the first seating.

Get over to Magic Kingdom via Monorail to:
    1)tour the Haunted Mansion
2)be present for the HoP roll call
3)listen to those piercing Tiki birds sing
4)share a Dole whip float with Wife. On second thought I'd need my own---they're that good!
    5)cruise the jungled rivers

Monorail over to EPCOT by noon(1:00 at the latest) and tap the following in order:

    1)Nemo and friends
    2)Spaceship Earth

[skip M:S this time since I don't want to reupholster the 4 person space pod with 1900 Park Fare waffles and Adventurland Dole whip---the reupholstering should come later in the day after 3 multi flavored/colored margaritas in Mexico since that would make for a more favorable pattern..... don't you think :)]

    3)Test Track
    4)Mexico's Grand Fiesta Tour
    5)lunch at San Angel Inn

then it's "hammer time" with drinks at every pavilion(except Morocco and France) until closing.

With Wife's help stagger back across the border(inter. gateway) to Beach Club.

Pick up car at Grand Floridian next day and I'm good to go!

Bang, I'm outta there and walking over to Epcot for SSE, Soarin' and Nemo.

From there, it's on to the MK for as many classics (HM,POTC,IASW,Peter Pan and Space Mountain, etc) as I can get on. Quick lunch at Pecos Bill's. Optional would be Splash and COP.

I'm outta there at 8:15 and back over to Epcot just in time for Illuminations and then it's a nice easy walk over the bridge for either a nice dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse, if I can get a late reservation or to ESPN for beer and bar food.

Next, head over to DAK and hit my two personal MUSTS Everest and Kilimanjaro Safari then Dinosaur on the way out with a snack break in there after Everest.

Lastly, I'd trek on over to EPCOT and finish the day off with Soarin and a quick trip on "Drinking Around the Word" with a fiinale visit with Illuminations.

Now a 48 hour trip is a whole lot easier beast to tame.

For myself, the first 24 would be rope drop and half day at DAK then off to the Magic Kingdom for the rest of the day and night.

Next day it would be a few hours at The Studio's to hit TOT, RnRC and TSMM but the bulk of the final 24 would be spent at EPCOT.

This plan would have me staying at Boardwalk or Yacht Club so the crash and happy Zzz's could come without much travel time back to the hotel.
