Now I know that some of you actually throw these away, but I like the "collectible" aspect of it. I'll upload pics to LP Live soon so y'all can see how bad it is.

    In the meantime, should I:

a.) Sell the DVD, either with or without the damaged tin, on eBay

b.) Buy another Mickey BW 2 DVD on eBay

c.) Shell out $24.99 plus tax at Fry's.

d.) Sell the DVD to any of YOU

e.) Keep the DVD and try to repair the tin as best I can.

I'd sell it without the tin, since showing the tin will make buyers go "hmmm" despite your assurances that the disc and Amray case are fine.

Believe me, I fully understand the collector mentality. I hate the tins. They add nothing to the content of the discs, and they don't fit on my DVD shelves, so I have them, empty, in a box in a closet. But I still can't bring myself to part with them.

    2. Because of the damage on the title cover side, the entire tin *cannot* be closed.

Fry's price doesn't seem to bad and you can actually see the tin. You could always try selling or gifting the other copy. But I'd be even more pissed if my DVD's are dead. Only 2 of mine have the band still btw.

And yes, all I got from the post office was the Apology Wrapping. I looked at the box again, and they did stamp "Damaged Upon Receival" or something like that on it.

The tin and DVDs are currently on my desk right now, as I showed a few of my coworkers; they were surprised to see how bad the tin is.
