They've changed how they plate the monte christo, and it has additional dipping sauce stuff, someone described it as a bourbon sauce (???). It looked nice, from what we could tell sitting there in the dark. We were in such a dark spot, we had to get out flashlights to read the menu!

I have seriously had to hold the menu up to my nose to be able to read it before...because, it was so dark

The scalloped potatoes were replaced by MASHED potatoes. Highly inventive, no? ;) I'm guessing it's easier for the one kitchen cooking for three restaurants to do those and add to for each one, rather than have another dish that only one spot gets. It's the one downfall of the set up there, with such a small kitchen for so much food service. Thus the mayhem if the friers break, as they did on one of our visits. No Monte Christos if the friers break, and no french fries, either.
