Here's the deal -- if you step out in front of them, like in a cross walk -- they actually stop for you, and let you cross. They don't even toot the horn or single finger salute you in the process.

Now, just try that out in the "real world," even in a cross walk. They're less likely to stop, or even slow down for you if "They got to that spot first."

Dealing with traffic backstage at Disney can make you complacent about dealing with traffic out in the real world. At your peril.

    Yes.

I have noticed that on the onstage roads too. Onstage roads don't count for the same level of politeness.

Mostly though I was talking about places like a WalMart parking lot. Don't you be thinking "backstage at Disney" and just step in front of a driver there. Even in the painted pedestrian zones. Even if they're already stopped.

Onstage drivers -- I find the Disney bus drivers to be quite guest-minded, polite and careful.

VPs and other higher ups have a gold sticker on their windsheild, but my park passes are just on yellow cardstock with a gold emblem.

Anyone out there use stickers anymore?
