    It was poignant the first thousand times it was shown over the weekend but then it started to lose it's effectiveness with me. Aside from the absolute overkill it was touching.

    Two commercials that always got me was the Mean Joe Green/Coke commercial and there was an ATT commercial in the mid-80's that I remember got me all weepy.

    Yeah, the Tiger Woods commercial didn't do anything for me, but I think it probably would have if I was a big fan.

    I don't like the commercial because it's about Tiger and his dad, I like it because it reminds me of my dad and I. Thankfully he's still around, but we've enjoyed a very close relationship like you see in the commercial. And for the record I'm very close with my own mother too. It's why I get choked up everytime I see the ending of Field of Dreams. That's why I like the commercial.
