    Last night, while watching the extras on the Wall-E DVD, I happened to not skip the previews that I always skip, and happened to catch sight of some clips from the new Nightmare Before Christmas release. And saw one of the most encouraging things I've seen on a Disney release in a long time.

    Proper 1.66 to 1 aspect ratio. With little slivvery black bars on the sides.

    Wow ... they just might get these suckers right after all. NBC just moved up a whole bunch of notches on the "Blu-Ray discs I'm gonna have to buy as soon as I get my Oppo Digital Blu-Ray player." Thumbs WAY up.

    To anyone else on the Disney Blu-Ray staff who has a 1.66 to 1 movie on their to-do list ... go ye and do likewise.
